Government House Museum: Located in the center of Saint Augustine in the Historic Downtown Plaza. Ponce de Leon`s Fountain of Youth National Archeological Park: The site of Spain`s Landmark claim to North America. Enjoy a drink from the legendary Fountain of Youth and view North America`s First Christian Indian Burial Grounds, Ponce de Leon`s Landmark Cross, and the new Timucuan Indian 1580 Exhibit. Spanish Quarter Village: Located at 29 St. George St. in the heart of the Historic area, just south of the City Gates. The Oldest House: 14 St. Francis St., . Explore 400 years of history here. The Spanish coquina walls were built soon after the British burned the town in 1702. The Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse in the USA: located just inside the city gates at 14 St. George Street. The automated prSt. Augustine Area Attractionsofessor and students dressed in period clothing relate the school`s history, explain the barter system, subjects studied, and use of the dunce cap. Whetstone Chocolate: A must see tour for kids of all ages! Free self-guided tour includes a 15-minute educational and entertaining video and a walk through the factory where you`ll see chocolates being made. World Golf Village: Located near St. Augustine off I-95 at exit 95-A, International Golf Parkway. The World of Golf Hall of Fame is open daily from 10-6.
